Terms & Conditions and Appointment Information

 

Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to sending your deposit, and make sure to run through the checklist at the bottom before your appointment!

• Please note that the shop minimum price is £150. Day rate is 800. You will be given a price estimate before booking your appointment. This estimate is based on design, size, detail and time requirements of your tattoo/s (prices for UK appointments only)

• The minimum price applies for one person only, it is not possible to split the cost between you and another person.

• Each booking is subject to a £100 non-refundable deposit (£200 for a day session) to be paid to secure your booking. This deposit will be taken off the total price of your tattoos on the day of your appointment.

• The remaining balance for your appointment must be paid by cash only on the day at the end of your session.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please note that one week notice is required to avoid losing your deposit. Should you miss or cancel your appointment a new deposit will be required. You will not be rescheduled after two back-to-back cancellations.

• Each slot will be held for 24 hours after it is offered to you. If the deposit is not sent within this time frame the slot will become available again. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your deposit has been received, this will also stand as booking confirmation. If you send a deposit after 24 hours and the slot has been filled you will be offered another slot.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment it may be cancelled so as not to disrupt subsequent appointments that day. Should this occur and you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

However we ask that you do not arrive more than 15minutes early to your appointment time

• Although a specific time slot will be allocated for your appointment, there is always a possibility that your appointment may run over this time or I may be running late from an earlier appointment or various things. Please make sure to allow yourself plenty of time on the day of your tattoo and that you do not need to rush off somewhere afterwards where possible.

• Please note that designs are not sent before your appointment. I will prepare a design for the day of your appointment based off the images and details you have provided in your booking form, we will go through this together at the beginning of your appointment. If there are any changes you wish to be made they can be done then, and once you are 100% happy with the design we will proceed with the tattoo, but please note if amendments run over 20minutes we will have to re-schedule the appointment.

• To book an appointment you must be over 18 years old.

• Please come to your appointment by yourself unless necessary or agreed prior as we have limited space in the studio.

• If you are showing COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive recently I would kindly ask that you inform me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

• If you have eczema or psoriasis please consult your GP/dermatologist before booking an appointment.

• If you are allergic to latex or have any other allergies you believe to be relevant please let me know prior to your appointment.

• If you are under the influence of alcohol/drugs on the day of your appointment I will refuse to tattoo you and your deposit will be lost.

• If any of the following instances apply do not get tattooed:

o you are pregnant or breastfeeding

o you are taking antibiotics (allow at least 7 days after finishing your course of antibiotics before getting tattooed)

o you are undergoing accutane treatment

o you are undergoing chemotherapy

o you have a history of skin cancer in your family (in this the case check with your GP before booking)

o you are sick or ill with a virus

 

Appointment Checklist for the day:

• The studio address is 70 Berwick Street, Soho, W1F 8TA.

• The studio accepts cash only.

• Please eat before your appointment and try to get a good night’s sleep.

• Do not drink alcohol the night before your appointment.

• Please do not use a numbing cream before your appointment.

• Please wear loose/dark clothing if possible (ink stains happen!)
